Dustin Miller
Dustin Miller is a Compliance Assistance Specialist (CAS) with the OSHA Fairview Heights Area Office. Dustin has been with OSHA for 14 years. Before coming to OSHA, Mr. Miller held previous positions in the centrifugal foundry/machine shop and petrochemical industries. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Safety Management and a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University as well as OHST and CHST certifications. Dustin has a hands-on background. He will talk about the top 10 OSHA violations, what triggers an inspection and how to handle. He will also update us on the 2017 new penalties and rules.
