Speaker Overview:
Dave Ryan is a consultant with Roger's HR Consulting, LLC in Springfield, Illinois. Dave received his Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) in 2007 and his Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) in 2014. Prior to joining Roger's HR Consulting, Dave was Director of Human Resources and Compliance for Mel-O-Cream Donuts International, a unionized manufacturer of bakery goods supplying the grocery industry. In that capacity, he has undertaken many roll outs, project implementations to include process improvements, as well as dozens of compliance initiatives.
