    What the Quincy Area Chapter of SHRM means to me:  This was a little out of my comfort zone initially. However, having the opportunity to network with other HR professionals and people in the Quincy community has helped me better understand the role of being in HR with my respective company.  I value all the people I have met in the SHRM group and look forward to building on the relationships with all current and future members.
